Privacy Policy

This website is run by Hamza Mouzam ("I", "me"), a freelance WordPress engineer based in Lahore, Pakistan. This page explains what personal information the site collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it.

What I collect

When you send a message through the contact form I receive the details you type in: your name, email address, company and website (if given), the kind of project, budget and start time you pick, and your message. Nothing else is asked for.

To limit spam, the form keeps a scrambled (hashed) copy of your connection address for up to one hour, only to count repeat submissions. It cannot be turned back into your address.

The website's hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. That is handled under their own policy.

How I use it

I use your details only to reply to you, discuss and scope your project, and follow up on it. After you send the form I email you a short confirmation, and I receive a copy of your enquiry by email. The enquiry is also saved in this site's private dashboard so I do not lose it.

I do not sell your information and I do not use it for advertising or newsletters you did not ask for.

Who else can see it

Only the services needed to run the site and deliver email: the web host and the email provider that carries the messages. If we later work together through a platform such as Upwork, that platform's own privacy policy applies to what you share there.

Cookies and tracking

This theme does not set tracking cookies. The home page intro stores a small flag in your browser's session storage so it plays shorter on a repeat visit; it stays in your browser and is not sent to me. If analytics or other plugins are added to the site, they may set their own cookies.

How long I keep it

I keep an enquiry only as long as I need it to respond and follow up, and I delete it when you ask me to.

You can ask me to show you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To do that, email me at [email protected].
